I grew up on the west coast, but have lived in Wyoming now for 33 years after marrying my high school sweet heart.

I have learned to appreciate all that Wyoming has to offer and now call it my home. 

I have lived in Laramie, WY for 31 years and have been a business owner since January of 1997, when I opened my first business as a Nail Salon.  I enjoyed the people so much that later that year I decided to expand my business to offer the town of Laramie something relaxing, unique and different from all the rest.  In 1998, I opened a Laramie’s first full service Day Spa and Salon with a connected coffee and smoothie bar. 

Fast forward to today, after working from home and off and on doing nails, working in sales over the years, while I stayed home with my kids, I decided to venture back out and open something new for the Laramie community, this time I wanted to share with Laramie how I've been able to heal my body the all natural way with red light therapy.

In the Spring of 2022, I opened the FIRST full service Red Light Therapy Wellness Spa & Nail Bar in Laramie, WY., where we offer a relaxing atmosphere & rejuvenating experience to help with your overall wellness, and help you heal the body & skin naturally, while learning how to relax and give yourself peace of mind of healing the body from within. 

Nails have always been a passion of mine.  With over 30 years experience and always staying educated, I enjoy taking time with my clients to ensure their nails and hands are always looking their best.

I went to The University of Wyoming and LCCC for Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising and Business Management.

I have been a Licensed Nail Artist in Wyoming for 31 years and have always had a passion for doing nails and nail art.  I pride my self on using top of the line products and have continued to stay educated with several certification's throughout the years and look forward to making your nails look beautiful so you feel good about yourself. 

When I decided to open WYO LifeStim in June of 2022, I wanted to offer Laramie something new and different yet again...I saw that there was a need for all natural therapy/red light therapy, especially after all of my injuries and surgeries and seeing what it did for me.  I can now tell others my story and could provide my customers with something all natural and non invasive... much better for your body, your skin and your over all health and well being.

As I am still meeting people and getting my business going, I am excited to help educate others on how red light therapy works and help others feel better, look better and take better care of their bodies and their skin.

I am now a Certified Red Light Therapy Specialist and excited to offer the Red Light Therapy Treatments at my Wellness Spa and also to Equine, dogs and other animals.

Outside of the Nail and Spa Industry, I am a Professional Barrel Racer, President of The Rowdy's Hope In Motion Foundation (a non profit 501c3 organization that helps farm, ranch and rodeo families) and own "Wyodiva Equine Couture", offering Equine Therapy Treatments, Equine Supplements and Fun Women's Fashion Accessories.
